At PRA International we perform independent research to determine the safety and effectiveness of a new specific drug. We are continuously looking for volunteers who want to participate in clinical studies. The volunteers we are looking for are healthy adult volunteers, as well as volunteers with a specific illness.

Our Facilities

PRA International has clinics in the USA (Lenexa, Kansas), Netherlands (Groningen, Zuidlaren), as well as throughout Europe and volunteers participate from all over the world.

Lenexa, Kansas
United States

PRA's Kansas facility is located in Lenexa, at 9755 Ridge Drive, and houses over 350 employees. This facility is home to most of the functions within PRA, including the largest of PRA's 4 Data Management centers and PRA's Central Document Management department. The EDS/US unit has now moved into this building with approximately 40 employees and additional volunteers that conduct Phase I clinical trials.

Als een vrijwilliger is goedgekeurd kan hij/zij in één van onze klinieken aan het daadwerkelijke onderzoek deelnemen. Gedurende het verblijf wordt de vrijwilliger verzorgd door een team van medewerkers die hem begeleiden en zijn gezondheid in de gaten houden. Door artsen en MRA’s wordt gekeken hoe de vrijwilliger op het middel reageert. Daartoe wordt op gezette tijden (zoals vooraf vastgelegd in het studieprotocol).
